You receive a program created for you, your fitness level, and your goals/desires.
A messaging center through the TrueCoach app allows us to communicate throughout the week. At the end of the week, we have a 15-minute Zoom to check in and review any questions or concerns you may have had during training.
The Truecoach app also allows me to program your daily nutrition (macronutrient totals), has a place for progress pictures, and has a video library with examples for all programmed exercises.
