WHAT WE DO:
Coven is a space where women come to feel safe and supported. Lifting weights, whether it is bodyweight movements or barbell deadlifts can be intimidating. Nicole will lead you through movements that help build a foundation of strength, meeting you where you are at.

Four week training program includes:
1-hour weekly session with Nicole, her 1:1 coaching provides individualized attention, allowing for a tailored exercise selection that addresses each client's specific needs and goals. This personalized support ensures that clients receive strategies and insights directly applicable to their unique desires and goals.
Nicole’s coaching doesn't just focus on lifting weights but aims for holistic growth. Clients learn to build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and develop coping mechanisms that lead to lasting changes.
Clients gain a deeper understanding of how past experiences influence their current behaviors and decisions. This self-awareness is empowering, enabling them to make conscious choices that align with their true selves.

This is a four week training program that builds on your skills and progression from home.
No more guessing what to do. Your program is structured for real progress, with progressive overload, mobility work, and recovery built in.
Programs are designed around what you have (bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.), making it fully adaptable and personalized to your unique body.
You’re not alone! Weekly check-ins and access to me for adjustments, motivation, and progress tracking keep you engaged.

Youth Weightlifting: Strength, Confidence, and Choice
My 6-Week Youth Weightlifting Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of strength training and Olympic lifting in a way that prioritizes agency, choice, and fun.
Foundation First – We start with the basics, focusing on movement quality, body awareness, and confidence under the bar.
Progressive Skill Building – Over six weeks, athletes will develop technical proficiency in Olympic lifts, empowering them with skills that translate to both sports and everyday life.
Choice & Autonomy – Each session includes options for movement variations, ensuring young lifters feel in control of their own progress and engaged in their learning.
Supportive & Encouraging Environment – This program is about building strength without pressure—every athlete moves at their own pace, in a space that encourages exploration and self-trust.
Fun & Community-Focused – Strength training should be exciting! We incorporate games, challenges, and teamwork to keep athletes motivated and engaged.
By the end of the program, participants will not only have a solid understanding of weightlifting but also leave with a sense of achievement, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for movement.
